Kingmaker: The Nation of Phoenicia
Ng the Hooded
Ng’s face is so deeply (and presumably magically) hooded that no-one has ever seen it, assuming he even has one. He wears long, flowing silver robes and gloves, exposing none of his body and not even leaving footprints (though the swish of his robe does leave tracks). Ng is cold and detached, acting with logic and patience that some say would drive the Axiomites mad. He can often be found as the Palace of Seasons (which he maintains is not his, but is only watching over for some other), he also spends time wandering throughout the First World, sometimes stopping and observing something while completely motionless. There are rumours that his clothing conceals a clockwork body, that he’s the puppet of a distant god, or that he is the First World itself.
